Setting the oven temperature and core temperature

The meat probe measures the temperature inside the food between 30 °C and 99 °C.

  1. Press to switch the appliance on.

  1. Select a suitable heating function.

  1. Press Cooking compartment temperature on the left in the bottom row.

  1. Swipe left or right to select the required cooking compartment temperature.

  1. Press to save the cooking compartment temperature.

  1. Press Core temperature  on the right in the bottom row.

  1. Swipe left or right to select the required core temperature.

  1. Press to start cooking using the meat probe.

    • Once the required core temperature has been reached, an audible signal will sound and the appliance will stop heating.

  1. Press to switch the appliance off.

  1. WARNING
    The cooking compartment, accessories and meat probe become very hot.

    Pull the meat probe out of the socket in the cooking compartment.
