Tips for cooking meat
Please take note of the following information if you are cooking meat.
- Use suitable accessories and ensure that you place them into the oven the right way round.
- The recommended settings are for fridge-temperature meat.
- When roasting or grilling meat, turn it after approx. ½ to ⅔ of the specified time.
- Cooking in combination with the microwave mode considerably reduces the cooking time.
- Food roasted on the wire rack will become very crispy on all sides.
- If you roast or braise food in cookware, you can remove it from the cooking compartment more easily and serve it directly in the cookware. If you cover the cookware when you cook your food, this will keep the cooking compartment cleaner.
- You can grill steaks and sausages in your appliance.
- The meat probe allows you to cook with absolute precision. Please take note of the important information on using it correctly.
