Baking tins/dishes
In this section, you will find information about suitable baking tins/dishes.
- Dark-coloured metal baking tins are most suitable.
- Do not use silicone moulds.
- Tinplate baking tins, ceramic dishes and glass dishes extend the baking time and prevent the baked item from browning evenly. If you wish to bake using these baking tins/dishes and using top/bottom heating, place the tin/dish into the cooking compartment at shelf height 1.
