Baking tins/dishes

In this section, you will find information about suitable baking tins/dishes.

Dark-coloured metal baking tins are most suitable.
Do not use silicone moulds.
Tinplate baking tins, ceramic dishes and glass dishes extend the baking time and prevent the baked item from browning evenly. If you wish to bake using these baking tins/dishes and using top/bottom heating, place the tin/dish into the cooking compartment at shelf height 1.
