Tips for baking bread and bread rolls
Please take note of the following information if you are baking bread or bread rolls.
- You can prove yeast dough more quickly in the oven than at room temperature.
- Use suitable accessories and ensure that you place them into the oven the right way round.
- The setting values for bread dough apply to both dough placed on a baking tray and dough placed in a loaf tin.

When the cooking compartment is hot, any water inside it will create steam. The change in temperature may cause damage.
