Temperature and cooking time

The temperature and cooking time depend on the quantity of food and the recipe. Settings ranges are specified for this reason.
  • Try using the lower values to start with. A lower temperature results in more even browning.
  • Set a higher value next time if necessary.
  • If you prepare dishes that are larger or heavier than what is specified in the recommended settings, always use the lower temperature.
  • A general rule: The larger the poultry is, the lower the cooking temperature and the longer the cooking time.
  • If cooking more than one item, use the weight of the heaviest item as a basis for determining the cooking time. Use pieces that are approximately the same size.
  • Please note that the cooking times cannot be reduced by using higher temperatures. The food would only be cooked on the outside, but would not be fully baked in the middle.
